About
Adam leads BetterCap's value creation efforts across the firm's portfolio. He partners directly with management teams to identify and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operations, and position businesses for long-term success.
Prior to joining BetterCap, Adam worked in Strategic Finance at WHOOP where he owned cross-functional growth and operational initiatives. Before that, he spent two years at McKinsey & Company partnering with companies on strategy and performance improvement.
Adam also brings experience in investment banking and investing, having worked in TMT at Goldman Sachs and at MSD Capital.
Adam graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Finance and Behavioral Economics. He was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic distinction.
